Adding an Interaction Tag to your events, is one of, if not the most important step you need to take when creating an event. You need to attribute an interaction tag to your event, such as Presentation or Careers Fair, to ensure that your event data syncs into your Talent Pool with all existing Presentation or Careers Fair data from other events. It also ensures that you are able to search and report correctly on your activity.
To add an Interaction Tag, you need to do the following:
- Select your event.
- Select the "Edit your event" box.
- Scroll down to the "Event Tags" section and click the down facing arrow.
- You can then type your Interaction tag in the box. If you have previously used Interaction Tags, they will appear as suggested options when you start typing.
- Scroll down and select the blue "Continue" button.
We recommend coming up with a set list of interaction tags within your team. This will allow for more consistent reporting within your Talent Pool.
