The best way to create an email in the Communications Platform, is to copy one of the existing templates that were added during account creation. These will already be branded up, mobile responsive and ready for you to adjust the copy and send to a contact list.
To copy an existing template, you will need to do the following:
- Go to the Pure360 Dashboard.
- Scroll down to "Recent Messages"
- Locate your template (if you can't see it in recent messages, click the "See All Messages" link).
- To the right of the message name, it will say "Copy".
- Click it to produce a copy of the template.
