Your first time logging in
Once you have installed the app, you can start capturing data whether you are online or offline (providing you have already created events in your dashboard). To start capturing data you need to do the following:
- Start by entering your companies username
- Press ‘Next’
- Enter your company passcode
The first time you download the app and sign in, you will be taken through the start-up screens which you should have a quick read through.
A pop-up will appear requesting permission to use your device camera for business card and badge scanning. This is optional but can be useful depending on the type of event.
To get started, you will then need to select your name from the list of users.
- If there is a long list of users, hit the ‘Search’ symbol and enter your name
- If your name is not on the list, press the ‘+’ button, enter your name and click ‘Create X user’
You will then need to enter your company passcode again. You will then be presented with your list of events where you can start capturing data.
