Your first time logging in

Once you have installed the app, you can start capturing data whether you are online or offline (providing you have already created events in your dashboard). To start capturing data you need to do the following:

• Locate the "Manage your password" email that has been sent to your email address
• Set a new password by following the instructions within the email
• Open the app on your device and login using this information

The first time you download the app and sign in, you will be taken through the start-up screens which you should have a quick read through.

You will then be presented with your list of events where you can start capturing data.
