About Records, Stats and Status
While in your chosen event, you can get a quick overview of the records you have collected. At the top of the screen you will see Records, Statistics and Status.
If you haven't yet checked in or registered any students yet, the Records screen will be clear. If you have already checked in or registered students at the event, you will be able to see these students and you can star any that you feel were particularly good. If 'Edit & review records inside the app' was enabled during set up, you will also be able to go into a student record and edit the details.
The statistics panel is a good place to get a quick summary of the data collected.
Hit Statistics at the top of the screen to see all data registered at the event.
- Your Activity shows information regarding that particular iPad.
- All devices shows you a full picture of all activity across all the being used devices for that particular event. This can be really useful if you are managing a guest list across multiple iPads.
- Data Capture only events won't have the Invited panel.
- While connected to a strong source of WiFi, pull down the screen to refresh and get the event statistics from all devices.
Select Status to quickly check if any records need to be synced.
‘Sync conflicts’ let you know if there are issues with syncing any of the records. For instance, if the same email address was inputted multiple times, it would inform you of this and the record would be saved as one student record (but with multiple versions).
