About Records, Stats and Status
While in your chosen event, you can get a quick overview of the records you have collected. At the bottom of the screen you will see ‘Records’, ‘Stats’ and ‘Status’.
On the records screen you are able to see a list of the records that have been captured on your device, star any records you feel were particularly good and if you are on a guestlist event you can also check-in students. If ‘Edit & review records inside the app’ was enabled during set up, you will also be able to tap into a record and edit the details of the record as well as add comments.
The stats panel is a good place to get a quick summary of the data collected.
Hit ‘Stats’ at the bottom of the screen to see all data registered at the event.
- ‘This device’ shows information regarding that particular iPad.
- ‘All devices’ shows you a full picture of all activity across different devices for that particular event. This can be really useful if you are managing a guest list across multiple iPads.
- While connected to a strong source of WiFi, pull down the screen to refresh and get the event statistics from all devices.
Hit ‘Status’ to quickly check if any records need to be synced.
‘Sync conflicts’ let you know if there are issues with syncing any of the records. For instance, if the same email address was inputted multiple times, it would inform you of this and the record would be saved as one student record (but with multiple versions).
