About Records and Statistics

While in your chosen event, you can get a quick overview of the records you have collected. At the top of the screen you will see Records and Statistics. 

Records

If you haven't yet checked in or registered any students yet, the Records screen will be clear. If you have already checked-in or registered students at the event, you will be able to see these students and you can star any that you feel were particularly good.

If 'Edit & review records inside the app' was enabled during set up, you will also be able to go into a student record and edit the details.

Drafts

If an attendee begins to record their data but doesn't finish the form, their data can be stored as a draft. This will appear in the 'drafts' tab and can be completed by clicking into the relevant draft.

Statistics

The statistics panel is a good place to get a quick summary of the data collected.

Click Statistics at the top of the screen to see all data registered at the event.

• 'Records collected by' shows information regarding that particular device/ user.
• Total records collected shows you a full picture of all activity across all the being used devices for that particular event. This can be really useful if you are managing a guest list across multiple iPads.

Refreshing the page

• While connected to a strong source of WiFi, pull down the screen to refresh the event statistics.
