How to Export your Data
Once you have captured data at an event and it has successfully synced to the Integrate Events dashboard, you are able to directly export (download) the data into a spreadsheet. This is particularly useful if you want to invite a select number of students from a guest list, by exporting and sending them an email via the email communications platform.
You are able to export data from a single event or multiple events at the same time.
Export Data from a Single Event
To export data from a single event, you need to do the following:
- Go to the Integrate Events Dashboard
- Find the event you wish to export and select it
- Locate and select the blue "EXPORT" button found on the top left
- Click "Export now"
Export Data from Multiple Events
To export data from multiple events, user the check box on the left hand side to identify which event data you would like to download.
- Locate and select the blue "ACTIONS" button found on the top right
- Click "Export data"
