About Archiving Data
TO diagnose issues, we may ask you to use our Archive Data feature, on the app.
This takes a snapshot of what is happening on your device at the time and sends it to our developers so we can look into it further.
To Archive Data, you need to do the following:
- Hit the Drop-down menu
- Select Help
- Select Diagnostics
- Hit the Archive data button
When you do this, a short numerical code will be generated at the bottom of the screen, you will need to send over to us and we will proceed to look into it.
