About Interaction Tags
Adding an Interaction Tag to your events is one of, if not the most important step you need to take when creating an event. You need to attribute an interaction tag to your event in order to sync the data with the data from similar events e.g. "Presentation", "Webinar" or "Law Fair". It also ensures that you are able to search and report correctly on your activities.
To add an Interaction Tag, you need to do the following:
- Select your event.
- Select the 'Edit your event' box.
- Scroll down to and click 'Event Tags'.
- You can then type your Interaction tag in the box. If you have previously used an Interaction Tag, it will appear as a suggested option when you start typing. Please note that you should only use one tag per form.
- Scroll down and click the blue Continue button.
We recommend coming up with a set list of interaction tags within your team. This will allow for more consistent reporting within your Talent Pool.
