Once you are in the Connect Events dashboard you will see the following:
- Full list of all your events including your templates at the top (centre)
- Filter drop down to filter events by visible events and those with validation errors
- Search bar to search by event name
The list of events shows the following details:
- Name: Name of your event
- Type: Indicates if the event is set up as static (traditional event form where all questions are displayed at once) or dynamic (each question is presented on a single page for a more conversational experience)
- Event date: Date the event is taking place. Please note: events will stop accepting registrations at midnight on this date
- Theme: The preset colours and logo the event form is using
- Records: The number of students have registered for the event
- Visibility: Indicates if the event URL is live and can be accessed or has been switched off
- Actions:
- View: View the records in the event
- Edit: Edit form basic information, questions, messages and automations
- More: Embed the event (generate a URL or QR code), duplicate the event and delete the event.
