Both the Interaction Type and Tags Widgets on your RMP Connect dashboard can be customised to only show data that is relevant to the user. These widgets can be customised in the following ways:
- Removing/Adding values
- Sorting
Any widget customisation only applies to the user who has carried out the customisation. The widget can be reset to default by clicking "Reset" in the bottom right hand corner of the widget.
Removing/Adding values
By clicking "Edit Widget" in the top right hand corner of a widget, you will be able to:
- Remove values - this can be carried out by clicking the x to the right hand side of any value.
- Add values - Values that did not make the default top 10 can also be added in by using the "Add interaction" search bar (if customising the Interaction Types widget), however please note that each widget can only show a maximum of 10 items.
When happy with your customisation, click "Save". Changes can be reset by clicking "Reset".
Once a widget has been customised, a "Custom" badge will appear next to the title of the widget.
Sorting
By default, the data within a widget will be sorted from High to Low in terms of number of interactions. However, the data can be sorted in the following ways, just by clicking the relevant column header:
- High to Low in terms of number of students
- Low to High in terms of number of students
- High to Low in terms of number of interactions
- Low to High in terms of number of interactions
You can also hit the "Edit Widget" button, to completely customise the ordering, by dragging and dropping values up or down the widget and then clicking "Save":
Once a widget has been customised, a "Custom" badge will appear next to the title of the widget.
View All
Whether you have customised your widget or not, there is also an option to "View All" if you want to see everything beyond your customisation/default top 10 values.
The date picker also works in the "View All" area too, as per the above.
