Creating an Email from a Library Design
There are several ways to create emails but the best way to create an email is from an existing Library Design, which will have been added to your account when it was originally created.
To do this -:
- Select Templates from the top menu
- Select the blue New Template button
- Add a description and subject line
- Scroll down and select Template Library
- Select the relevant Library Design from here
- Select the green Create New Template button
- From here you can edit your email and convert the HTML to plain text
- Then you can hit Save Template
Duplicating an Template Email
To duplicate an existing template, you will need to do the following:
- Select Templates from the top menu
- Place the cursor over the chosen template and select Preview Template
- To the right of the screen, you should select Duplicate Template
- You will then be brought to the Summary page of your new email
Once the template has been duplicated, you will need to edit the subject line, description and email content. To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Under Header & Details, type in the correct Subject Line and Description and then press the green Save Changes button
- To edit the email content, locate and select Edit Content to the right of the dashboard

Creating a New Template
- If you want to create a new template that your team can duplicate, select the Template tab and select the blue New Template button
- Enter your Subject Line and Description, which is a way to identify which email it is
- Scroll down and select Email Designer, select your desired layout and then select the green Create New Template button
- You will then be able to edit your template as needed
Uploading a HTML File
- After selecting the blue New Template button, you have the option to upload a complete HTML file but it is worth noting, we may not be able to support on edits of an uploaded HTML file
- To upload a HTML file, select Browse for file and select the relevant file
- Make sure you tick the checkbox beside Auto-generate Text-only version from uploaded HTML
- Hit the green Save changes button
- You will then be brought to a Summary page where you Preview the email, edit the content or address any Validation Issues
