Duplicating templates is the most efficient way to create a new event form. It will ensure you have consistency in data captured and theme across all events. In your account you will have the following templates:
Master template: To be used for all events. For events where you are asking students to pre-register ahead of the event taking place (e.g. an Open Day or presentation) you will use this form as the starting point.
Check-in template: To be used on the day of events you have asked for students to pre-register for. This form asks students if they have pre-registered for the event in question (using an event form duplicated from the Master Template). If they have pre-registered, students will be asked to fill in the email address they used to pre-register with, which will match up in the Talent Pool. If they have not pre-registered, they will see the questions from the Master Template to ensure you capture a full data set.
To duplicate a template and create a new event, you need to do the following:
- Click on the three action dots on the chosen template
- Select “Duplicate Event”
- A confirmation pop-up box will appear and you need to give the new event a name
- Click the “Duplicate Event” button
