Within your import history, you can see all of your successful imports, whether that be an automatic import from Integrate Events (formerly Akkroo) or a CSV upload. You are able to view an import, look at the students that were imported, undo the import or undo all instances of that import (older events will have been importing every night whilst enabled).
To view a successful import, you need to do the following:
- Go to the RMP Connect dashboard.
- Select "Import History" from the menu on the left.
- Locate the import you wish to view and select the eye symbol to the right.
To view the students from an import, you need to do the following:
- Scroll to the bottom of the import details.
- Select the green "View Students" button.
To undo the import, you need to do the following:
- Scroll to the bottom of the import details.
- Select the red "Undo Import" button.
- Select either to undo this individual import, or every import for this event. (Selecting either option will provide you with a summary of what you are undoing).
Undoing an individual import will just remove that instance of the import. If it is the first import for that event, it will remove that interaction and potentially those students if they do not exist from any previous events. This can be useful if you have made changes to an event, that you would like to roll back.
Undoing all imports for that event will remove all interactions for that event and also delete any students out of the Talent Pool that don't exist from any previous events. As long as you still have the event in Integrate, this can be brought back into the Talent Pool at any time. This can be useful if you would like to update the interaction for a particular event and have adjusted the automated import going forward.
- You then also have the option to disable that event, if you are undoing all imports and you do not want that event to import again at midnight, you will need to disable the event here.
