The Automated import is where you can see a list of your events in Integrate Events (formerly Akkroo), whether they are currently enabled (syncing data across at midnight every night), disabled (not syncing), or archived (not syncing).
All events in the open section of Integrate, that have an interaction tag, will be enabled and syncing across to the Talent Pool. Within the automated import you can manage which events are enabled or not, manage the fields of data that are syncing across and also the interaction type of the event.
Any events that do not have an interaction tag, will be disabled by default and will not sync into the Talent Pool.
Any events that are in the Archive in Integrate, will not sync into the Talent Pool.
To get to the automated import, you need to do the following:
- Go to the RMP Connect Dashboard
- Select the "Automated Import" button on the left menu
Enabled Events
To edit an enabled event, you need to do the following:
- Go to the event you would like to edit
- Select the pencil icon to the right
At this point, you have the option to disable the event. This will stop the data from that event being imported into the Talent Pool at midnight.
To disable the event, you need to do the following:
- Select the green toggle that says active, it should switch to red.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the green "Save" button.
When editing an event, you are able to change or update the fields that are currently mapped to your event. The system should automatically detect fields from your templates, however if you add additional questions they may not automatically map to the fields you wish to use.
To map the fields on an event, you need to do the following:
- Scroll to the relevant field.
- Go to the dropdown on the right.
- Select the field you would like the data to go in to.
If a field that is on your templates is not automatically going into the correct field, please get in touch with your Account Manager to resolve this.
You can at this point also update the interaction you have set for the event in Integrate. This will mean at midnight the data will sync across under that new interaction type.
You may want to undo any previous imports of the event that have gone in under the previous interaction, to ensure reporting is as accurate as possible. To do this, see the article on undoing events.
Disabled Events
If you have any disabled events, this will either be because an interaction type hasn't been set on your event in Integrate or you have previously disabled it. In order to activate it, you will need to edit the event as above, toggle the event to active, map any fields that need to be mapped and set an interaction type.
Once you have done this, the event's data will sync at midnight.
Archived Events
Any events that sit in the archived section within the automated import are also in the archive section in Integrate. This means when you archive an event in Integrate, it will stop the events from syncing into the Talent Pool.
If you would like to enable an archived event, you will need to unarchive it in Integrate (see article here) and then hit the large green "Refresh Events" button located at the top of the main automated import page.
