To manually upload a contact list you need to do the following:
- Sign into the communications platform
- Select Lists
- Select the blue New List button to right of the screen
- Add a name in the Description box
- Scroll to Import File and choose the Select file from your computer button to upload a csv file
- Tick the checkbox and select the Upload & Create List button
- You will then need to map the fields (e.g. First Name, Email or Telephone) by selecting the correct option from the drop-down menu beside Import File Column - To ignore the column, tick that particular checkbox
- You can then view your list by either selecting History, or to view all your Contact Lists at once, select Lists on the top left of the screen
